SET-UP: Entry from 8.00am at the main gates on Lawn Drive, all vehicles must be
unloaded outside the building and removed from the school grounds by 9.30am.
A crew member will be in the hall to direct you to your pitch. Please unload as swiftly
as possible to let your fellow traders through, and do not start dressing your table
before you have removed your vehicle.
Please keep your items within your allotted pitch boundary.
PITCHES: Please note tables and chairs are NOT supplied. You can hire a low school
table (6’ x 2’) for £5 each (limited supply).
Ayesha will direct you to your area. Please keep fire exits clear.
PARKING: Free roadside parking to the right opposite the school gates, Palace
Meadows and St Mary’s Close. Please do not block driveways or park in the school
grounds or lawn as it’s for your customers!
FOOD & DRINK: Free tea & coffee available, please bring your own mugs & cups.
Light snacks available subject to availability.
WC: Ladies, Gents & Disabled facilities situated at far left of hall.
TIMINGS: The Salvage Fair will be open to the public from 10am - 2pm.
Please do not pack away during these hours.
DE-RIG: Please ensure your items are packed ready to load before you bring your
vehicle in to the school grounds. Please take all your items home including any rubbish.
WEATHER: In the unlikely event that the Salvage Fair is postponed due to weather or
unexpected circumstances a message will be posted on our Facebook pages and
website. Traders who have provided a mobile number will receive a text either on
Saturday evening or by 0500 on Sunday. If you do not receive a message please assume
the Salvage Fair is going ahead as scheduled.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations must be submitted via a letter or email.
Cancellations received more than 5 working days before the event will receive a full
refund. Cancellations received less than and including 5 working days from the event
will not qualify for a refund UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES as we will not be able to
re-sell the pitch at such short notice.
